- Button instructions on the body of the massager:
- -Knob key:
- ①Long press for 3 seconds or more to switch the machine;
- ②Short press to switch the massage mode;
- ③Turn the knob forward (counterclockwise) to increase the massage intensity, and turn the knob backward (clockwise) to decrease the massage intensity;
- ④Double-click to turn on/off the constant temperature heating function.
- ⑤There are four massage modes: circulation, kneading, massage and acupressure.
- ⑥ There are 8 levels of massage intensity, and the default level is 0 when the massager beeps twice, indicating that the intensity has been adjusted to the maximum/minimum level.-Sitting reminder button (in the middle of the body):
